Well this Specification page shows - https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-e0000-laptop-pc-series/30794450/model/34667579/document/c... Shows it as a Ryzen 3 3200U cpu with one stick of ddr4 2400 ram.
FUrther checking for a Maintenance and Service Guide yeilded no results in the Manuals tab. Crucial has a good site where you enter the info and it shows what it can use, but without a product name, I couldn't get to the page.
Unless you can take the back cover off and take a look how many memory slots it has and whether it has an m.2 ssd slot or sata3 slot or both there's not much I can tell you.
