I want to upgrade SSD 512 to 2T ,HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx Is that possible ?

which is the best brand of SSD it can fit ? Also please If you Have idea about How to move the transfer the windows and data to the new one ?

Yes, you can upgrade to 2TB, no problem, there is no limit to the capacity for the M2 SSD.

So as @banhien mentioned, the best would be an M2 Samsun 970 Evo Plus

On page 49 of the service manual, you can see the steps to install the drive

You will need to install the OS on the new SSD
