Product: DV5-1015ea
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently have a DV5-1015ea which I've just updated to Windows 10, however, since doing this I've lost the full functionality of the Synaptics scrolling and multi-gestures (scrolling). I've already check that I running the latest Synaptics drivers and software which is currently v6.5.

 

Be grateful for any tips or ideas.

HP Recommended

try downloading windows precision touchpad drivers from https://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/downloads/ds104007

then set them as your touchpad drivers.

i did this and my touchpad is loads better
