Perhaps. Its very old so has an ExpressCard slot. This is the equivalent of a PCie slot on a desktop computer. The first wave of eGPUs some time back were Expresscard devices. You will still find these older eGPUs for sale. Problem is, they only support older video cards that are not likely to do what you are wanting to do.
