Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Unfortunately, you cannot as the CPU is embedded in (soldered to) the motherboard of your HP Notebook - 14-ck2002tu (8LX34PA), and this laptop has no discrete GPU capabilities.
According to this User link, there are only two separate motherboards available:
1.) Motherboard SSID: 8656 (i3-10110U)
2.) Motherboard SSID: 8657 (i5-10210U)
The User link also shows only integrated (iGPU) UHD Graphics.
