Hi Azrar,
Your PC supports max 16GB of DDR4 2133Mhz RAM (2x8GB)
There are two slots and at the moment one slot has a 8GB stick in it. So you can add a 8GB stick in the empty slot. You can choose your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
On page 56 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the RAM:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05087748
You will need to replace the hard drive with a 2.5"SSD such as the Samsung 860evo or similar. You would then need to reinstall the OS on the SSD either by using HP recovery disks, migrating an image or by downloading the media creation tool from Microsoft, running and creating a bootable pendrive with the OS on it (before replacing drive). You will then use the pendrive to clean install Windows 10 on the notebook.
Hope it helps,
David

Your welcome Azrar.
I think you will notice the upgrade to SSD a lot as it will load Windows and programs much faster. The PC will also be more reactice.
The RAM upgrade will probably not be so noticeable unless you use programs which require loads of RAM.
All the best,
David
