Hello!I want to upgrade my laptops RAM but I have no clue on how to do anything, would a service center (not sure how I translated that) help me in that regard?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to upgrade the RAM on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

HP doesn’t recommend upgrading or downgrading the hardware components, hence you need to check locally to get the RAM replaced.

 

Your computer supports up to 12GB of RAM. You can refer to the below service guide for the part details.
