Hi,
I recently upgraded the ram on my laptop from 4gb to 16gb. The system is showing 16gb, but the windows updates aren't installing because it still thinks it's 4gb. I don't know how to fix this.
Thanks for any information.

Hi:
Having installed 16 GB of memory is not the problem.
The product number you posted indicates models using that product number have 64 GB eMMC flash storage drives which fill up pretty quickly.
The storage drive doesn't have enough free space to do the updates.
You need to run the disk cleanup utility>cleanup system files to see if you can free enough junk files to allow for updates.
You can also follow the instructions and insert something like a 32 GB USB flash drive to create space for the updates.
