I recently upgraded my laptop by inserting a Teamgroup MS30 SSD that uses SATA III interface, as I read that the 6th gen CPU does not support NVME. I was able to do a clean install of Windows 10 on it and boot from it, but very frequently programs crashes, even the Task Manager crashes from time to time. I would be able to use the program a bit then it crashes. So I am confused as to what's the cause of the issue. I am sure my laptop is not overheating.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...you will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
