I upgraded my HP pavilion DV6-6119TX to Windows 10. After that I am not able to Add Bluetooth devices. As I click on Add bluetooth device ,it keeps searching for it.Although I am able to use my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse . Please help If i am using the correct driver - attached below. Thanks

Hi:
Your screenshot shows a Generic Bluetooth adapter..
That should be labeled as a Broadcom Bluetooth adapter since according to the parts list for your notebook, it has a Broadcom 4313 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and 2070 Bluetooth 2.1+EDR combination adapter.
The problem is there isn't any W10 Bluetooth driver for that model BT adapter.
There is only a W7 driver for that model BT adapter.
You can try that driver and hope it works on W10.
Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52501-53000/sp52717.exe
Try manually installing the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.
You manually install the driver by clicking on the Generic BT adapter.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp52717.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
If not, you will need to purchase a USB BT adapter that has support for W10.
