Links do not work anymore where a similar question was asked -,trying to upgrade a hp Elitebook 2450p to an ssd - purchased a msata and it does not fit in original hdd bay as looks same but has more pins - is there an adaptor available as the elite book has a hdd bay just smaller than the 2.5 inch one ,presently booting  and running the elite book with a usb drive and it is not ideal as it is external and would rather use the internal ports designated for that.alternatively would a cd /dvd caddy that can take a msata work? - thank you

You could also buy a 1.8" SSD.
