My laptop is very slow, so I am considering upgrading the RAM.
How do I go about it? Which one is compatible?
Thank you

Hi,
Your notebook will support max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB
There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module and one empty slot. You could add a 4GB stick in the empty slot which would improve performance. The RAM will run at 2133MHz. You can purchase from your preferred brand.
Example of RAM
On page 36 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

Another upgrade you should consider would be installing an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD in the M2 slot and installing the OS on it. This would give a great boost to everyday performance

Hope it helps,
David

Yes your laptop has the budget Pentium Gold 4415U processor so needs some help. Here is the Service Manual:
It uses DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM memory modules and you do have 2 memory slots so your best economical upgrade would be to add another 4 gig module. Instructions begin on p. 27 of the Manual. Once the back cover is off you see this inside:

Above is a purchase link to amazon uk for the module you need for the upgrade. The other upgrade I will recommend and it is perhaps even more beneficial, is to replace the slow 5400 rpm hard drive with a solid state drive. The prices have fallen on those so the upgrade makes more sense than ever.
You see various sizes (capacities) and prices at the link above. If you upgrade to 8 gigs RAM and a solid state drive your laptop will not be slow any more. @iomare has suggested you can do 32 gigs RAM and something called an NVME M.2 SSD and I am just not certain those upgrades will work on your model with the Pentium Gold processor. If they do you can make it even faster than with the more modest upgrades I am suggesting.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
