The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05997528
Manual
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06719946
1. RAM: It has 4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now. It only has 1 slot of RAM and you can upgrade to 8GB max using the following RAM (will run at 1866MHz):
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct12661999
2. CPU: No you can't upgrade CPU of your machine, you have to buy a whole new system board. If you wish, you can use a list on page 71 of the manual
Regards.

Thank you very much Banhien, also, another question about it, you mentioned one specific RAM, is it just a recommendation or is it the only one i can use? Because i noticed it's the only 8gb one with 1866MHz, is there any problem in using one with more MHz? Thanks again.
