Hi, I have a HP Pavilian dv9700 with Vista ,Iwant to upgrade to Windows Ten what componts do I need ,like hard driveEtc. I Live In Australia Thanks !!

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...
First off, there is no UPGRADE from Vista to Win10. The older OS you can Upgrade from is Win7. From Vista, you would have to do a Clean Install and you would lose EVERYTHING in the process.
Second, the processor does not provide native NX support (from what I could find) and that will PREVENT Win10 from working with it.
Sorry, but your PC is simply too old.
