Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (31R08AV)

I want to upgrade the ram and add either another SSD or a HDD in my HP15-dw3363st, product #4Z3AUA and need to know the maximum ram usable and if there is a connector for a second SSD or space and connection for a HDD.  I would like to know what to order before I open the case. Thanks for any information.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

Your HP Laptop 15-dw3363st (4Z3A9UA) can be upgraded with up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.

 

You could use DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz RAM, but it will down throttle to 2666 MHz.

 

Available info -at least what I was able to ascertain, suggests that this laptop only got one M.2 NVMe SSD slot and one SATA (SSD/HDD) slot: Upgrade Options for the HP 15 Laptop 15-dw3363st - Drive Solutions.
