Per a previous post, I tried to upgrade my internal NVMe SSD from the 256gb to a 2TB NVMe SSD. I purchased the JESOT NVMe to USB adapter along with a Western Digital 2TB Blue SSD as the article suggested. When I plug it into the USB port, the JESOT adapter is recognized but all attempts to initialize the drive fail with a "fatal hardware error". I then plugged in the same adapter and WD SSD into another HP laptop running Windows 10, and everything works flawlessly and was able to clone my internal drive to the new drive. That of course doesn't help as I am trying to clone the internal SSD from the Windows 11 HP laptop. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome as to how I get this to work/initialize properly.
