I'm looking for a memory stick to add to my laptop. I read somewhere that I should add a module with matching specs, so I checked mine with CPU-Z:

It uses DDR4-2666, but it's actually running at 2400 MHz since, I assume, it's capped by the CPU's (AMD Ryzen 7 3750H) memory specs.

I tried to find a module with identical specs, but the closest specs I can find is Kingston DDR4-2666 8GB CL19. Should I just go for it? Any thoughts?

You can go with that, or use the 8 GB 2666 MHz Crucial chip from the report for your model notebook generated at the link below, since they guarantee compatibility.
