Hello.. I have 8GB RAM on my HP Notebook, can I upgrade it with another 8GB RAM? if yes, does it need the other hardwares to be updated too?

According to Page 2: your PC supports 16 GB of memory so yes you can upgrade it.
Page 81 shows how to do it.

DDR3L-1600 MHz dual channel support
DDR3L-1333 MHz dual channel support
but try to match the spec that you already have on the notebook so that you will not have any issues.
