Hi there everyone,
I want to upgrade my HP Pavilion x360 13-u100na to 16Gb of Ram, on the Maintenance and Service Guide its stated that my laptop should use the RAM No. 693374-005, when I tried to look for it on the internet, I found a lot of different brands popping up, and ideally I would want both of my modules to come from the same manufacturer.
I could open my laptop us to see whats exactly inside, but the pavilion requires me to uninstall the motherboard and its just too much hustle just to check what ram it is exactly.
Could anyone point me towards the correct product?
Kind Regards,

CPU-Z can identify the memory module. Typically it will list the manufacturer and the part number for each memory module installed. Then you can look for a match to that unit.

If the RAM, and your motherboard, supports SPD ("Serial Presence Detect"),
the free SPECCY software (just Google SPECCY to download it), will report something like:
SPD
Number Of SPD Modules 2
Slot #1
Type DDR3
Size 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer Corsair
Max Bandwidth PC3-10700H (667 MHz)
Part Number CMX4GX3M1A1333C9
Week/year 25 / 10
giving the Manufacturer and other details.
Having 16GB is a lot of RAM.
Does the Windows Task Manager show that you currently are using a high percentage of the currently-installed RAM?

Hi there!
Unfortinatelly neither CPU-Z and SPECCY, did not state the manufacturer, or model number, only the basic stats, Two reasons for me wanting to upgrade to 16Gb, I have an ebay voucher that expires in 3 days and the Memory runs on a high percentage when I do my graphical work on the laptop using Photoshop, Illistrator and other software at the same time, so i really want to imporive the multi-tasking of my laptop.

Those are two very good reasons to upgrade.
Definitely, having more RAM reduces the amount of "swapping" to any "spinning" disk-drive, and improves the over-all performance of your computer.
[If you never have to go to the grocery-store to get a glass of juice, because you have some juice in the refrigerator in your home, you save a lot of your time.]
If you really want additional RAM from the same manufacturer, and you are reluctant to disassemble your laptop to make a visual inspection of the current RAM, and insertion of the additional RAM, I think that it is time to seek help from a professional technician, who understands your requirement for "100%-matching" RAM, and who is competent to work "inside" your laptop.
However, I think that any RAM with the same specifications (speed, wait-states, count of memory-chips on each side of the stick) will be perfectly functional and perfectly compatible.

As @mdklassen, it might be time for a professional PC tech to step in. Many respected PC techs recommend to match memory when upgrading. Especially when using high memory consuming apps like Photoshop. If you cannot find the info on what is already installed, buy matching memory to fully fill the needs, and save the one that is installed to sell on EBay.

I was a bit silly, turns out CPU-Z does indeed have the model number of the RAM within it, I was just looking in the wrong tab.
For anyone looking for the same part, the RAM model number is M471A1K43BB1-CRC
Thank you for helping me in resolving the issue.

Huh? As I earlier posted, SPECCY does give that information:
SPD
Number Of SPD Modules 2
Slot #1
Type DDR3
Size 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer Corsair
Max Bandwidth PC3-10700H (667 MHz)
Part Number CMX4GX3M1A1333C9

QED.
It's good that you have a solution.
