Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, 

Im wanting to upgrade the ram on my PV15-DK0030NR. I know how to physically upgrade it, I just need direction to where I can purchase the upgrade. I've searched on a couple websites and am having trouble finding my laptop on the pulldown menu for products. So two questions: 

What series laptop is this? 

Where exactly can I purchase the ram upgrades?
