Hello,
I posted earlier this month in regard to an HP ProBook 450 G5 that I was considering purchasing. I have since purchased it and received it recently. I am still considering upgrading the RAM and adding an M.2 SSD. As it relates to the RAM, the machine currently has a 4gb stick and I would like to add another 4gb stick. Specifically, I would like to add a Crucial 4gb stick so that I am running two 4gb sticks. However, I'm not sure if this Crucial would be compatible with the HP installed RAM. I have inserted a picture of it below. (Also, I assume because the stick says 1Rx16 that I would need to get the Crucial x16 rather than the x8?) Any help would be appreciated. I guess if the Crucial would not work well with this Hynix then I will just get 8gb of Crucial and replace the Hynix entirely.
