HP Notebook -15-bs662tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There,

My Laptop comes preinstalled with 4 GB RAM.

I know that it has two Memory Slots in which one is occupied by 4 GB and the other is empty.

I want to expand my RAM to 12 GB.

I just want to add a new 8 GB RAM in the empty Memory Slot.

Do you think that my Motherboard will support an additional 8 GB RAM ?

If Yes please let me know from where  can I get it.

Hi:

It has two memory slots and each slot can take an 8 GB memory module.

You may be able to get the compatible 8 GB memory module at the link below...
