I have a HP ENVY LAPTOP 17-ce0xxx with 16gb of RAM.

 

Wondering if I can upgrade it to 32gb or maybe even 64gb and how to do so

What is your HP ENVY LAPTOP 17-ce0xxx  machine ? For example

 

                        HP ENVY - 17-ce0014na

               

Your machine could be very close specs. You should be able to upgrade to 32GB using https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfra32a/ct18681544  (may only run at 2400MHz)
