Hp Envy X360 15M-ED0023DX

I have an HP Envy X360 15M-ED0023DX and I wondering if I could upgrade the RAM on it. It currently has an 8gb stick and a 4gb stick. I want to switch the 4gb stick with an 8gb stick. Is this possible and if so, how can I switch the sticks.

Its specs

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06620354

It has   12 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now and the series ONLY

Support for the following:
DDR4-3200, 1.2 V, nonupgradeable, onboard system memory in 16 GB, 12 GB, and 8 GB configurations
DDR4-2666, 1.2 V, nonupgradeable, onboard system memory in 16 GB, 12 GB, and 8 GB configurations

That means NO, you can't upgrade RAM on your machine.

Regards.

Banhein said "It has 12 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now and the series ONLY"

But actually this laptop (HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0023dx) has two RAM slots:
Memory slot 1: 8GB Micron 3200MHz
Memory slot 2: 4GB SK Hynix 3200MHz

And if memory slot is not soldered to the motherboard, then can't 4GB slot be replaced with new 8GB Micron 3200MHz?

There are a lot of conflicting answers available online. We need a 100% accurate information from an experienced HP person who has hands-on experience on this particular laptop model.

Thank you.
