So, I recently purchased a Hp Envy x360 Evo platform I7 laptop. I was happy with it's performance and everything but when I ran Photoshop it was a bit behind on ram. I have 16g Sodimm DDR4 SDRAM. Can i upgrade my ram to 32g or even 64g if possible. if so any recommendation as to what I should buy.

Manual

It supports 2x8GB (page 2). It has  12 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now. You can replace its 4GB with a same 8GB to have 16GB.

No, it is NOT an Intel i7 machine, it has

AMD Ryzen™ 5 3500U with Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics (2.1 GHz base clock, up to 3.7 GHz max boost clock, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) processor.

Hey I just want you to know that I have the same laptop as you, I requested the guy at Best Buy to check and see if this laptop is upgradable on the RAM, and he replied that it is, it can go up to 64 gig of RAM. when I got home I did a crucial.com scan and they showed me all the upgrade options up to 64 gigs. so, ya you can upgrade the RAM
