Can I add Ram to my Notebook? Currently has 6 gigs. Also, is there anyway to upgrade my processor?

Your PC will support 16GB of RAM.
Two non-customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slots (Intel Core processors)
DDR4-2133 dual channel support (DDR4-2400 bridge to DDR4-2133)
Supports up to 16 GB of system RAM in the following conƭgurations
● 16384-MB total system memory (8192×2)
● 12288-MB total system memory (8192×1)
+ (4096×1)
● 8192-MB total system memory (8192×1) or
(4096×2)
● 6144-MB total system memory (4096×1)
+ (2048×1)
● 4096-MB total system memory (4096×1) or
(2048×2)

So, 2 non-customer accessible slots. I have added memory on every computer/laptop I've ever owned. I have to send this to an HP center to add Ram? Looking through your link, I do see where they show how to add memory. what is your recommendation? And, thanks for your help and quick response!!

Non-customer accessible slots meaning, Its just requires expertise to perform, Reason being accessing these parts can damage the computer or void the warranty.
Go through the Manual : PAGE 56/57. See if you could remove replace yourself.
