I have a new notebook HP ProBook 450 G10. The SSD size in this model is 1TB. I would like to move from an old desktop PC (where I have 2TB disk drive) and so I need a bigger SSD.
So I bought a 2TB Kingston SSD (the model of SSD which is recommended for this notebook).
Can I install (replace) the SSD before the first switching on? What should I do for initial setup of operating system (Windows 11)?
Could I install Windows from another media?

If the notebook has not been turned on, it would be simple to clone the new 2TB drive outside of the laptop and then replace the existing SSD with the new one. Everything should then work without a problem.
Setup would behave as though nothing was different.
I'm not an HP employee.
