My laptop is HP ProBook 440 G8, it has realtek wifi card and I want to upgrade it to Intel wifi card. Is it possible? and if it is where do I buy them?

Yes. It will fit.
The good thing is that they are inexpensive.
It just means that if it does not work it will be in your 20-year drawer.

The AX 201 and 210 use an Intel proprietary interface and may not work with the chipset in your notebook. So, probably not.
The Intel AX 200 might work.

I do agree in your estimation of Realtek wifi modules. My own preference is Intel.
