Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Envy x360 laptop Model 15m-cp0012dx. I bought a WD Blue SATA 1TB SSD to add to the system, but was told I also need to get a bracket and cable. What are the part numbers for these and where are they available?

 

2nd question - I have 8 GB memory, but understand it can be upgraded to 16GB. What parts are needed to do that?

HP Recommended

The hard drive bracket is available using spare part number 924350-001. The hard drive cable is available using spare part number 924326-001.  Check the HP parts store or Ebay for these products.

 

Part number for 8Gb memory module is 862398-855  you can check a vendor such as Crucial for compatible memory.
