Already have the bootable usb flashdrive created with windows creation media tool, i changed bios to disable secure boot and even tried manually selecting the usb flashdrive to uefi boot but it always sends me to the keyboard language layout selection, then to recover or troubleshooting. It never gives me the option to install windows, just to recover (with or without files) and without files keeps failing at 50%. The ssd is brand new and the light shows it working, I really have no clue why I cant get to the install and select drive screen that should come after booting from the usb...

Me either.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to help you.
Should have been a simple reinstall of Windows on the SSD.
Perhaps you can start a new post and hope someone has come across this issue before because I have not.

hello so as you boot from your usb hold shift +f10 to enter into cmd and research its very easy to use diskpart to check your drive and format it and you will know whats going on at least so even from the windows installer you see a command promp option to fix or repair it, you could use that option too. either way yea use it at the command prompt type diskpart then enter then type list disk hit enter. if you see 1 drive listed then your computert isemt seeing the drive but if it is and just not formated like im thinking then you can fix it within cmd just research. also sometimes making a bootable usb seems straight forward my bet is that your usb bootable drive made from windows was made wrong with the creation tool try to use rufus and download your iso windows 10 fby changing your browser settings making windows think your using a mac and then you will be able to download instead of being redirected to use the creation tool. i had this problem one time and lets pray im correct another problem i see if you might get past that part but still have to change the partition from MBR to GPT if you get a error sating select hdd and get a error or maybe you dont see your drive at all but it tales two second to convert it with the convert GPT command then your done restart windows usb and it willo start instaling. i took you through most problems i come across and you should be good now.
let me know.
