Planning on upgrading my memory can anyone suggest something suitable for a HP 250 G9

Your notebook has one memory slot, and the maximum memory the slot can support is 1 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure:
The manual indicates that there are two memory slots, but that is only for the 250 G9's that come with the Intel core processors.
Here's a picture of a 250 G9 motherboard with the Celeron processor and as you can see there is only one memory slot.

The processor and graphics adapter are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
