Your notebook has one memory slot, and the maximum memory the slot can support is 1 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure:

The manual indicates that there are two memory slots, but that is only for the 250 G9's that come with the Intel core processors.

 

Here's a picture of a 250 G9 motherboard with the Celeron processor and as you can see there is only one memory slot.

What about the SSD can I change it and by how much. What about the processor and graphics card am I able to change them

The processor and graphics adapter are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

If your notebook has a NVMe SSD (some come with 2.5" hard drives) the Crucial SSD report indicates you can install up to a 4 TB NVMe SSD in your notebook:
