I would like to upgrade my laptop HP Omen 15-ax008ng, so I opened the case to see what kind of RAM model, SSD I should buy. I disconnected the battery cable and also the SSD so I could see the description of SSD
After I took a picture, I closes the back case and try turn on the notebook. It wont work - can someone help me?
Beside above problem, maybe someone know whether possible to change my 2x8 GB RAM to 2x32 GB RAM or at least 2x16 GB RAM? I would also change my SSD from 128 GB to 512 GB or 1 TB but I see at shop that it was different as I seen in my notebook.
Probably someone can help me?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with getting your notebook to run again, but below is the link to the service manual.
Chapter 1 has the drive types and storage capacities HP offered in the model series, and the memory upgrade information.
You should be able to install a 1 TB SSD if you want.
Since your notebook has an Intel i7-6700HQ processor, it should be able to support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4 memory.
The memory you install can be DDR4-2400 CL17 which will run at 2133 MHz or DDR4-3200 CL22 which will run at 2133 MHz, because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
Don't buy anything until you can get your notebook to run again.

Dear All,
My Notebook worked again and I already upgraded to 2 x 16 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD.
But It seems that my battery or / and A/C Adapter has Problem to charge. It had been also my problem before upgrading RAM and SSD.
My Solution was to change the position of the A/C Cable until the Charge-lamp-indicator indicating charging. It always worked until now. Yesterday it won't charged and my notebook wont turn on again 🙄
So I opened again and found out that the battery was really hot and had a bit damage.
FYI I changed the battery 3 years ago.
So now I bought new battery and A/C Adapter too.
In fact I bought two batteries. Now before I am installing the new battery, I have some questions that probably someone has answers:
1. I bought two batteries: first the same as previously TE03XL (HSTNN-UB7A) 11.55 V - 61,6Wh and
TE04XL (HSTNN-DB7T) 15.4V -63.3 Wh (Nom 4112mAh)
I thought first since I had larger RAM and bigger SSD I need more Energy, thats why I bought the TE04XL.
But after reading https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05357609.pdf probably I should use TE03XL since
my processor is 6th generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor and TE04XL is for 7th generation.
Maybe someone can help me ? what if I use TE04XL to my 6th generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processor ?
2. my latent Problem with my AC Adapter was sometime it wont charge at all. according https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05357609.pdf actually I should use 120 W AC Adapter, but the AC Adapter original delivered with my notebook is 150 W (Input:100-240 V 2,5 A 50-60Hz Output: 19,5 V - 7.7 A 166.36 Wh) - is it possible that my latent Problem because of this?
I bought together with the battery AC Adapter 200 Watt (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CTTPS4CT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title ) - It says that it is compatible with (Kompatibel mit HP 135W Laptop, HP 150W Laptop) - can I use it or I shouldn't use it?
Thank you so much for your help
