I was wondering if my laptop which come with a (HP 8A4F - U3E1) motherboard and12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H 2.30 GHz could run a DDR5 RAM or not , how can I find out any additional information by BIOS?

What is the product number of your notebook?

Run the Windows system information app and the product number will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

If your notebook came with DDR4-3200 MHz memory, you cannot install DDR5 memory in your notebook.

DDR5 memory runs at a lower voltage, and it won't fit in a DDR4 memory slot.
