Hello i am using this laptop for a year and i am doing coding with WSL and docker and other stuff and sometimes my ram is kind of high My ram is 16gb ddr4 can i upgrade it to like 24gb or 32gb i mean is my CPU going to handle it well with no performance downgrades and if yes can you guys tell me what brand or which speed ram i need to buy

Your service manual (on page 1) states that up to 16 (2x8) GB DDR4 3200 memory is supported.

But your model may support 32 (2x16) GB. You can click the link below to find out the max RAM capacity your model can handle.

2 Steps to Check Maximum RAM Capacity of Your Computer

 

If it shows 32 GB, you can use 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM CL22. Crucial, Samsung and SK Hynix are good brands to use. For example, Crucial has this memory.
