Yes you can. I believe this is the maintenance manual for your laptop 15s-eq2000 series and it looks like 16gb is the maximum ram

You can upgrade to a larger M.2 SSD such as

Please provide the Product ID or exact Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
