So I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade ram, cpu, and storage (or add a second drive) to my Hp laptop 15-da0xxx. Its currently running windows 10 with a 128 gb sandisk ssd, 12gb ram and a intel i5-8250u. I was wondering if it was possible to do any of the above stuff that i mentioned

Meanwhile, here's the generic information available for all HP 15 notebooks:
You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Two memory module slots (Intel Core processors):
Memory is non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable
One memory module slot (Intel Pentium and Celeron processors):
Memory is non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable
(As an upgrade/custom enthusiast I personally love the idea of upgrading the device as well, However, HP recommends that you go easy on it as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance and also, the upgradeable parts listed above are purely for your ease, though the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion)

@CDC334 As long as the storage size listed in the earlier link/image matches your preference, that's all that matters as the brand doesn't matter, just remember, the list I provided are the parts tested and approved by HP, if you get something bigger or smaller than the list, it may or may not work, as we don't recommend upgrades, its going to be at your discretion.
Also, there are no steps to remove the processor in the article I shared, so it has to be soldered, however, to be sure, please check with a local tech store for more details before you make an investment on upgrading the same.
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
