I have a HP 15 notebook that I bought in 2017. With it's i3 processor, it is pretty slow at the moment. It has a dual slot RAM of 8 gb (4 +4 Samsung 2133MHz ). I had a few upgrade and fix related questions :
1. Can I upgrade the ram to 16 gb? If so, from where?(I have tried Crucial system scan before but it always says "We're sorry, this scan is no longer saved in our system.")
2. Can I upgrade the processor from i3 to i5 or i7? If so, where and how will I be able to do that? Please explain.
3. The left side of my keyboard does not work sometimes( to be specific, the buttons : 1, q, a and z ). I have tried driver updates, system updates and troubleshooting, nothing works. What can I do to fix them?

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05536626
1. RAM: You can upgrade to 16GB max using (will run at 2133MHz)
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05536626
2. CPU: No, CPU is integrated to System Board. You have to buy new board (if available)
3. This could be a simple task: using a can of compressed air and blow to that ares.
