Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello everyone,

I have a hp notebook 14-bw072au and it is very slow so i was looking to install an additional ram. Change the hdd and install a ssd in it. Can you please let me know some ssd and ram that my pc supports or which ones would be best for this pc? Also does my pc have a m.2 ssd port?

Two ways to get the information:

1. Go to support.hp.com and type in your model and then download the Maintenance and Service guide which provides all specs.

2. Go to the Cruicial memory website and search your model and it will show you the compatible memory and hard drives that you can install.
