Hello all
I am wondering if someone can help me out, I recently purchased an HP 14-DQ0054DX for my wife and I am looking to see the max ram it can take and if it can even be upgraded? It says it is [ 4 GB DDR4-2400 MHz RAM (1 x 4 GB) ] and I would like to bump it up to 16gb if thats possible, she only uses it for her online business,FB, and some photo editing; But it is just a tad too slow for her.
Thanks in Advance!

Hi:
That model notebook has one memory slot and the max memory supported is 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400.
So, you will have to remove the 4 GB chip and replace it with an 8 GB chip.
See chapter 1 of the service manual.
