I would upgrade my HDD to Smamsung Evo SSD. THe BIOS IS F.20. Is it possibile and worth? Will my BIOS recognize and boot from The SSD? I  found in the SATA\IDE connector in the actual HDD, so no isssues with  SSD physical connection. Will I get  any impressive boost of performances (like in newer laptops)?

It is possible and the performance would be slightly better. However we recommend you to visit a local authorized service center before making any changes.
