I would like to upgrade to SSD for my laptop 14s-CS1000TU.
1) Is it possible to upgrade?
2) If yes, how to do that?
2) Could you please help me in doing that?

Yes it is possible. Here is the Service Manual:
Start on p. 31 for "how to". When the back cover is off see this:
M.2 SSD slot circled in red
It can use a 2280 form factor NVME M.2 SSD such as this one:
Just an example of the best kind to get. Multiple other options by other makers like Samsung.
You then need to get software onto the SSD and I have no idea how much experience you have with that but we can help if you ask. Just post back. Please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
