You're very welcome, Staffan.
HP retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old.
Can you please post the product number of your notebook so I can see if I can find the latest BIOS update HP released for it?
To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.
Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
A TPM security device is a hardware feature and updating the BIOS will not add a TPM security device to your notebook.
If you were wanting to know about TPM support to upgrade to W11, even if your notebook had a TPM security device, the Intel 4th generation core processor falls way short of Microsoft's minimum processor requirements of an Intel 8th generation core or newer processor.
You can upgrade to W11 without the notebook meeting the W11 hardware requirements.
If you are happy with your PC, and if you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade to W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have tried many different ways to do this during the last 3 years.
How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.
If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

You're very welcome.
The information you posted does not provide the information I asked for.
If you want me to find the latest BIOS update, I need to know the product number of your notebook.

You probably don't need to update the BIOS if you want to upgrade to W11 using the workaround I posted.
Also, can you let me know what the current BIS version your notebook is on?
That can also be found in the system information report next to the BIOS version/Date line.
