Dear HP Support Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in the repair of my laptop, which was submitted over four weeks ago and is still unresolved. The device is under an active warranty, yet I have not received any clear updates or support regarding its repair status.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only been advised to "wait," without any specific timeline or explanation. This ongoing delay is significantly affecting my daily work and causing considerable inconvenience.
I kindly request that this matter be escalated and resolved within the next 48 hours.
Please treat this as an urgent request and provide a clear resolution at the earliest.
Sincerely,
Jyoti Shinde
