To the Respected HP Support Team,

Issue Details:

- The error references unfamiliar (possibly technical glitch) links:
- https://www.worldsecurity.org/worldsecurity.

2. Failed Automatic Repair:
- After restarting, the screen displays:
"Automatic Repair – Your PC did not start correctly"
with options to "Restart" or "Advanced options".
All attempts to fix the issue have failed.

3. Inaccessible System:
- I cannot access the desktop or use the device in any way.

- Is a factory reset (without data loss) advisable?

3. Critical Updates:
- Check for BIOS updates (current version dates to 2013) or driver updates.

@Khaliloxw, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

This sounds like a serious issue, and I can see why it's urgent.

Since the automatic repair fails, it’s likely that critical system files are damaged or there’s an underlying hardware issue. Given the age of the BIOS and hardware, it’s also possible that compatibility issues with recent Windows 10 updates are causing instability.

First, try booting into Safe Mode. Try to run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f /r in Command Prompt to check for file corruption and disk errors. If Safe Mode isn’t accessible, booting from a Windows installation USB and selecting "Repair your computer" might help restore critical system files.

Considering the BIOS is from 2013, an update could be beneficial, but since the system isn’t booting, focus on recovery first.

If hardware failure is suspected, running the HP Hardware Diagnostics tool from the boot menu (press F2 at startup) can help identify any issues. If errors appear, replacing the failing component may be necessary.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue
