@PrinceRock The usable memory is always lessor than the installed memory, because though you have 4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) as per the specifications of your device: click here to verify, the entire capacity will not be available for you to use, as certain amount will be allocated for system settings, CPU usage, etc... the same goes for your hard drive (1 TB 5400 rpm SATA) as well.
