I have the HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv2003nx. Does the “Anker 315 67W USB C Adapter, Foldable PIQ 3.0 Compact Fast Laptop Charger” charge the laptop the same as the barrel jack charger that came with it? Or will it wear out the battery, charge slower, or cause other issues?

No, I would see 50/50 (with luck). Your machine came with  Smart AC adapters (barrel type, 4.5 mm)
