HP MODEL : HP 15-bg003au
Processor : AMD E2-7110
OS : Windows 7 64 bit
I tried to connect my pendrive in USB 2.0 ports. The light in the pendrive is indicating that the pendrive is connected, but it is not detected in the laptop. When I connect the same pendrive in the USB 3.0 port I was able to access the files in it. When I tried to test the USB 2.0 ports in live run ubuntu OS I was able to access the pendrive files.
I tried updating my device drivers for USB ports but there was no effect in windows 7. I even used HP Support Assistant and searched for updates and installed all of them. This is my current list of device drivers installed in my laptop.
Under Other derivce option I could alble to see Ethernet Controller and Unknown device driver indicating a fault, could this be the reason for the issue which I'm facing, if so how to solve them.
Along with this I'm also facing another issue with adjusting the screen brightness. I can't able to adjust the screen brightness through function keys, but I was able to adjust volume.

You're very welcome.
Hopefully, yes.
The hardware ID's you posted are part of the AMD USB3 controller system, so the above AMD chipset driver should also install that device too.

Hi:
it seems to me that you are missing some drivers.
1. Install the amd chipset driver and restart the PC.
You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Then install the amd graphics driver and restart the PC.
Your choice as to whether you install the full Radeon software or AMD minimal setup.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 2nd file listed at the link below.
Please post the hardware ID for the unknown device, so I can figure out what driver it needs.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

You're very welcome.
The webcam should be working. That is the HP TrueVision HD device in your screen shot.
The Lexmark X422 must be your printer, and you will need to get the driver from the Lexmark support site.
The bluetooth peripheral device...Did you install the required W7 bluetooth driver for the model wireless card your notebook has?
If not, you need to. If you don't know what bluetooth driver to install, please let me know the model wifi card your notebook has, which can be found under the Network Adapters device manager category.
If the amd graphics driver was successfully installed, and you cannot adjust the brightness using the Fn Keys, the only suggestion I can offer for that would be to install this software...
This package contains the HP System Event Utility, which enables special function keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. For example, HP System Event Utility enables users to press the Fn+ESC keys to view system information. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

It doesn't seem to me that the graphics driver is installed.
See if this driver works instead...
This package provides the AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver and Catalyst Control Center for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. For notebooks with switchable graphics modes, this package includes drivers for both graphics processing units (GPUs). Switchable graphics enable users to switch between a power-saving graphics mode (normally used under battery power) and a high-performance graphics mode. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

You're very welcome.
The problem is that your notebook was designed to run W10 only, and HP only supports your model for W10.
So, when you install an unsupported operating system, you need to be prepared for things not to work.
In other words, if you called HP technical support to report these problems, the first thing they would tell you if you want technical support, would be to install Windows 10, before they could determine if the notebook has any hardware issues.
