My laptop has two usb on left side(3.0 , 2.0) and one on right side(2.0). The two left side port have stopped working. When I run the hp diagonistics on usb port It shows Failure ID: 9W7B6K-7PA9K7-XD7WMG-8D6203. What does this mean?? How to make them working?

@no-mans-land,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

As you have run the test on the USB port which has failed with an error failure ID: 9W7B6K-7PA9K7-XD7WMG-8D6203

Failure Code: 434

Error message: USB Failure.

This clearly indicates a possible hardware failure. I would recommend you contact our HP support team for further assistance.
