How to enable S3 sleep instead of modern standby? On the HP 15 dw3005wm sleep is somewhat broken on both windows and Linux, after some digging I found out that this is caused by modern standby. How can I switch back to legacy S3 sleep?

In Linux dmesg, I get that supported sleep states are S0 S4 S5. Is S3 sleep completely unavailable on this laptop?

If HP is planning to no longer support S3 sleep and force modern standby on their customers I will reconsider buying another HP ever again.

If S3 sleep is really removed it needs a BIOS update to be available again. I hope HP looks into this.

Come on, can't anyone confirm at least if HP completely dropped support of S3 sleep state? Is it that hard to get support here?
