Can I use a 19.5V 2.31A 45W adapter for the laptop of 19.5V 3.33V 65W? Both of 45mm plug.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

It could work but the Battery might take longer time to charge or might not charge properly.

 

But you should still be able to Power ON the Laptop
